Behind every successful graduate from our hair, welding, and tailoring schools is a strong administrative infrastructure that keeps the BAF mission moving forward. When you support the Bright Africa Foundation’s administrative costs, your investment directly funds the essential foundations of our organization: keeping the lights on in our buildings, repairing and maintaining our training facilities, and covering transportation to bring supplies to the remote villages of Sata and Cyiri. Crucially, it also allows us to provide fair, stable salaries for our dedicated Rwandan staff, laborers, and security, who serve as the heartbeat of our programs. Funding these operational realities ensures our buildings remain safe, reliable, and deeply rooted in the communities we serve, allowing the most dollars of our child sponsorship program go directly to the children.

The financial goals for 2026 were met through an unexpected blessing from a wonderful donor. We took their suggestion to start raising the critical amount needed for 2027 now.
