Rwandan handmade grass-woven bowls are made in a small village called Mpanda outside the city of Muhanga. The women of this area have formed a self-help cooperative, creating some of the most beautiful and colorful hand-woven bowls in all of Rwanda. When a missionary returns to the U.S., they fill their suitcases with these bowls. Selling them is a wonderful fundraiser and it is piece of their culture.
These are actual photos of the individual bowls, they are each unique and once sold will be replaced with another item from our stock. Colors may vary a small amount due to computer screen variations.
This bowl with lid is approximately 5.5" wide and 5" high. All items for sale can only be shipped inside the U.S. We are working on international shipping for our overseas sponsors but it is not quite ready.
